Chris and Crystal had such a lovely and unique wedding day at the quaint Old Trinity Church of Paseo in the Paseo District in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Their day was overflowing with love and laughter as they were surrounded by close friends and family.
C+C had met in a bowling league, and wanted to surprise their close friends and family with having the wedding reception at the Dust Bowl Bowling Alley in Midtown, OKC. Chris and Crystal wanted everyone to enjoy bowling a few games and just kick back and relax while celebrating the happy couple’s amazing day! These two lovebirds love bowling so much that they had a friendly competition going on during the reception, with the bride winning the game with a strike!
We are always honored and blessed to be apart of the best day of people’s lives and we can’t say thank you enough to Chris and Crystal for choosing us as your wedding photographers and allowing us to capture your love for each other! We wish you both a lifetime of happiness and blessings! Xoxo

We always love hearing the story of how our couples met and their proposal! Here is their story told by Crystal…
We were both in the same bowling league and one night our teams were playing each other, which was the first time we actually met. He was bowling his best game ever, and I told my team that I would flirt with him, get in his head, distract him, and throw him off his game so that we could win! It was all about the winning for me at first, of course it didn't hurt that he was extremely good looking with the bluest eyes I've ever seen. So, I started trash talking him (which was my way of flirting), and he started trash talking me back. Now, my trash talking/flirting didn't work because he started bowling even better ... which I find out later was because he was trying to impress me! Then, the next week at bowling, he came over and asked for my number. So, his team might have won that night ... but, now 14 months later I feel like I'm the actual winner :)
Our first date was March 13th, which was a Friday the 13th! He proposed on December 13th. So we dated 9 months before he proposed, and now we are getting married on May 13th, another Friday the 13th! One of my favorite traditions at Christmas is driving around and looking at Christmas lights. When I was a kid my mom and I would pop popcorn, make hot chocolate, and drive around looking at lights while listening to Christmas music. This past Christmas was Chris and I's first Christmas together, so I told him that he had to continue my tradition with me and go look at Christmas lights. His response was, "I'll go look at Christmas lights with you if you cook me dinner that night." So being the smart-ass that I am, I immediately said, "I can go look at lights myself!" Of course I planned to cook him dinner. So he picked a Sunday night and told me to be ready to leave at 8. So I cooked a fancy dinner, jambalaya risotto, we got the popcorn and hot chocolate ready, and I was ready to go! But he was stalling. Then he finally admitted to me that he had a surprise, but it was running late. He had rented a limo for us to go look at lights in, but the limo driver forgot us! So, he was calling frantically trying to figure out where he was. The limo finally got there about 8:30 and we were off. Now, I thought the limo was my only surprise that night, and I was super excited! Never had I been in a limo, and especially not for Christmas lights! He told the limo driver to head to the big Christmas tree in Mid-town, we would start there and then we would weave through neighborhoods on the way back. We pull up to the big Christmas tree, which I had never seen and didn't know was there. As we get out of the car I hear music playing. It was Mariah Carey's "All I want for Christmas" which was not planned, just serendipitous. No one was there of course because it was Sunday night at 9:00 pm, but we get out to walk around the tree, he says to me, "Do you like this tree?" I of course say "Yes, it's gorgeous!" He then says, "I have another question for you ... " and he pulls out the ring and gets down on one knee. I was NOT expecting this AT ALL, so I was in shock, but he of course asks me to marry him, and I said YES! He had some friends hiding at the Christmas tree place taking pictures of the whole thing. We then got back in the limo, and finished driving around looking at Christmas lights!
